Fitbit Versa: A Fitness Motivation

Recently I wrote a review about the new Fitbit Versa. I purchased it as a gift to my husband for Christmas, and he has loved it! He could easily sense my interest and admiration for the watch, and decided to get one for me for Valentine's Day. He purchased the rose gold and maroon Fitbit exclusively sold at Kohl's. I was quite excited to receive it, and am even more excited to continue using it!

Many people want to become more fit and live healthier lifestyles, but it is much easier said than done. I have found that technology is perhaps one of the greatest fitness motivators, and makes this daunting task easier to accomplish.

Set and reach your goals

I am loving my Fitbit Versa, and having the ability to simply track the steps I take daily as well as calories I burn motivates me to become more active and to boost those numbers. With the Fitbit I can set daily goals for how many steps I want to take, and every once in awhile the watch vibrates and reminds me of my goal and helps me to know if I need to be more active to reach it. I can also track calories consumed and burned to help me be more aware of how much I may be eating. This is usually the hardest thing for me, and makes weight loss difficult. The Fitbit Versa allows you to log exercises, and set exercise and weight loss goals as well.

I recently just had my second baby, so my personal fitness has been somewhat pushed off to the side. Having this new Fitbit makes me excited to work on myself again, and focus on living a healthier lifestyle. My husband and I are ready to engage in some healthy competition, and use our Fitbit's to get fit!
